🏛 Jurisdiction watch — Denver Metro & the Front Range
A couple of things worth keeping handy on your turf: many Front Range municipalities require a plumber or HVAC tech to inspect furnace vents and dryer ducts after the roof is finished — easy to miss when scheduling. And on higher-elevation jobs, an ice & water barrier is required above 7,000 ft, so it’s worth flagging the elevation on those.
What helps us win more for you

On your end, the highest-leverage items are tight photos of each damaged flashing — storm-damage shots are ideal — plus a measurement of the intake ventilation (what wins additional ventilation) and downspout counts.

Carrier intelligence — your book this month
State Farm
Your steady, high-dollar approver — flashing is the one place they push back.
What’s landing   Ice & water barrier, pipe-jack flashing, turtle vents, kick-out diverters, and downspouts.
Where you move the needle   Carriers (State Farm included) are now denying flashing unless the damage ties directly to the storm. Storm-damage close-ups of the flashing are gold — even general damage photos help while we push new arguments to get these reinstated.
USAA
Reliable on repair-and-replace work — but it quietly drops anything vague.
What’s landing   Downspouts at the exact count, turtle vents, kick-out diverters, endwall flashing labor, and ice & water.
Where you move the needle   Two specifics pay off: a measurement of the intake ventilation (that’s what wins additional ventilation) and an exact downspout count. USAA pays precise quantities but ignores generic lines.
🧠 Smarter Supplements
What our AI learned this month
We’re now recovering supervision and project-management hours that used to get denied — often hundreds of dollars per roof — by tying them to your permit inspections and documented industry overhead standards.
Every supplement now leads with your local ordinance, and the moment a policy exclusion appears our system pivots to manufacturer install requirements — usually the stronger angle.
Each month our system studies every win and denial across our claims and rewrites its own playbook, so the next round of supplements recovers even more for you.
✦ The Prosopon Edge
What we’ve built to recover more for you

A look behind the curtain. Since the start of this year we’ve been building an agentic AI stack piece by piece — and this is the first month it all comes together as one orchestration. There’s fine-tuning ahead, but we’re genuinely excited about what it means for your claims. Here’s how we see it: there are two kinds of supplementing companies — those that don’t use AI at all, and those that hand the whole job over to it. We’re neither. Our experts stay firmly in the driver’s seat — leading every argument, refining every draft, and picking up the phone to build real relationships with adjusters. The AI does the heavy lifting; our people make the calls. Here’s what’s working for you right now:

Automated check-ins. Drafts timely follow-ups on every claim, so nothing stalls waiting on a nudge.
Auto email defense. When a carrier denies or trims a revision, our system researches and builds a full, evidence-backed rebuttal — then we refine it and add our expertise before it goes out.
Everything on record. Every carrier email and call on your claims is captured and transcribed, so nothing falls through the cracks.
Closeout analysis. We analyze every closed claim — what we asked for, what was approved or denied, how many rounds it took, and what finally worked — and feed it back into our playbooks.
Carrier intelligence library. A carrier-by-carrier knowledge base so our arguments are tailored to how each carrier actually behaves.
Contractor coaching engine. Flags how we can win more together — files light on photos, emerging policy-exclusion trends, and more — which is exactly what powers this update.
This monthly update. Customized to your jobs, your carriers, and your jurisdictions — generated fresh each month.
Supplement Kickstart. Our AI reviews the full file — photos, job notes, code, local ordinances, and manufacturer requirements — and drafts a first-pass Xactimate supplement that our team then takes to the next level.
Monthly intelligence reports. A deep-dive that turns all our data into sharper, carrier- and adjuster-specific arguments — and updates our drafting system automatically.
Living code library. An agentic AI deep-dive that hunts down local-ordinance nuance for every jurisdiction you work in and files it into our database for our team to evaluate and put to work — it’s what powers the Jurisdiction watch above.
Any-platform estimates. We translate non-Xactimate carrier estimates (Symbility / Cotality) so the carrier’s software never limits what we can recover.
Agentic AI doing the heavy lifting — Prosopon experts leading every claim, and on the phone with your adjusters.

Thanks for trusting us with your supplements. Send the photos and measurements — we’ll turn them into the most complete, defensible estimate the carrier will approve.
